5" COMPLETE set includes tips size 2-15, BOTH include:
5″ (13 cm) steel tips and three red-coated metal cables, lengths to make 24″ (60 cm), 32″ (80 cm) and 40″ (100 cm) circulars.

Chiao Goo has two lines of tips and two lines of cords. All of them have some shared characteristics: TIPS SIZE 2 - 8 USE SMALL CABLES.
TIPS SIZE 9 AND UP USE LARGE CABLES.
CABLES ARE SOLD BY THE ACTUAL LENGTH OF THE CORD. (That means to get a 40" needle, you buy 5" tips and a 30" cord)
