Brown Sheep has been spinning wonderful yarn for decades. All their yarn is made from American-raised wool, dyed and spun at the family-owned Brown Sheep mill in Nebraska.
Nature Spun Sport is a 3 ply wool yarn, with lots of spring and strength for long-lasting garments. It comes in smaller 50 g balls so you can get all you need for colorwork without having lots of leftovers. It's perfect for crisp colorwork, affordable sweaters, and weaving - plus it felts great. We also carry Nature Spun fingering if you need something more lightweight.
